There will be a review of your work history, education, strengths,
accomplishments, challenges, skills, values, motivations and goals. Through discussion you will receive guidance and steps that will help achieve goals, including information valuable to your career and life.
Job Search Assistance
Job searching can become overwhelming and sometimes frustrating. We will discuss your career and the types of jobs you desire. My knowledge of the job market, personal experience, years of professional experience in Human Resources and as a Compliance Manager, will be used to “think outside the box” and provide strategies that may help you land interviews. You will also receive tips on how to make your job applications seen, possibly resulting in more call backs.
It is possible to advance in your career and land the job that provides the work/life balance, flexibility, or salary desired. By Grace I was able to achieve this, and it makes my heart happy to share the knowledge and help you achieve it as well.
In addition to coaching sessions, there is an option to purchase a 30-minute job search tutorial to help ensure you are searching for
employment in the right places.
Resume Writing
Did you know that when you submit your resume for a job opportunity it may be software instead of a human determining if you are a qualified candidate? Or that potential employers are more attracted to your accomplishments than your tasks? The words used or not used on your resume could keep you from getting that call back. Having experience as both a candidate and a recruiter enabled me with the special skill of turning tasks into capabilities and accomplishments while using keywords that can be identified by software, making you a qualified candidate.
In addition to coaching sessions, there is an option to purchase a Resume Creation or Re-write, or a Resume Analysis. The Resume Analysis includes detailed comments and recommendations for items on your resume. Your resume will also be compared against general job requirements for your field of interest.
LinkedIn Profile Review
Do you have a LinkedIn Profile? If so, have you used all of the free options LinkedIn provides to boost your profile and attract recruiters and hiring managers? Do you feel like your LinkedIn Profile accurately reflects who you are and what you have to offer in your field of work? If you answered No to any of these questions, you are in the right place. LinkedIn can be an extension of your resume, including information that speaks to your character, what you are most passionate about, and how you work. Information typically not found on resumes can be placed on LinkedIn to help attract organizations with a culture that aligns with you as professional.
In addition to coaching sessions, there is an option to purchase a LinkedIn Profile Creation or Re-write, or a LinkedIn Profile Analysis. The LinkedIn Profile Analysis includes detailed comments and recommendations for items on your LinkedIn Profile. Your profile will also be compared against general job requirements for your field of interest and level of visibility for attracting recruiters on LinkedIn.
